ARRIVAL TIME

All clients should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to get ready for your service.

In order to be fair to others and ensure all appointments run on time, if you are late, that time will be deducted from your total treatment time. This does not change the amount owed for the service.

 

CELL/MOBILE DEVICES & EMERGENCIES

So that you can enjoy your service, so that you don’t interrupt your treatment (and the therapist), and so that others in the spa are not disturbed, please turn off your cell/mobile device(s) or put it on vibrate while you are in the spa area and during your appointment.

Your spa time is YOUR time…everything else can wait! If you need someone to be able to reach you in case of an emergency, please have them call the Solera Salon and Spa main front desk number at 913-327-1500, and they will knock on the door to interrupt the service for a true emergency.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Blue Orchid Spa has a 24-hour cancellation policy. With the exception of unavoidable crisis situations or emergencies, this policy is enforced.

For cancellations within 24 hours of your service, your card will be charged 50% of your service cost on the credit card used to book your service. If you neither call nor show up for your appointment, the same card will be charged the entire cost of the service.

To help you avoid confusion and any charges, a confirmation email will be sent 48 hours before your appointment time. Please confirm your appointment time in the email reminder.

 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Blue Orchid Spa believes in the quality and integrity of the products we sell. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your product purchase, please bring it back to the spa and a credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift certificate or the amount will be deducted from your next purchase.


CHILDREN

Children are not allowed in the spa area. The space shared by Blue Orchid and other businesses is designed to provide a quiet, peaceful and serene escape from the craziness (and noise) of everyday life.

 

PAYMENT

Blue Orchid Spa accepts cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Tips are always appreciated, but never expected. If you enjoyed your service, it is customary to tip between 15-20% of your regular service cost.

 

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

Blue Orchid Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
